29 CFR 1926.1101(e)(1): All Class I, II, and III asbestos work was not conducted within regulated areas:    a)  University Drive C, on or about the third-fourth week of June, 2013 - The employer did not conduct Class II asbestos work within a regulated area.    ABATEMENT NOTE:      1.  The regulated area must be demarcated.    2.  Access to the regulated area must be limited to authorized personnel.    3.  All persons entering a regulated area must wear respiratory protection.    4.  Employees whall not be permitted to eat, smoke, drink, apply cosmetics, or chew tobacco or gum within the regulated area.    5.  All work within the regulated area must be supervised by an asbestos competent person.
