29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): On every building or other structure, or part thereof, used for mercantile, business, industrial or storage purposes, the loads approved by the building official were not marked on plates of approved design and securely affixed in a conspicuous place in each space to which they relate:  (a) Building #1, Northeast side: On or about August 28, 2013, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard from materials that were stored above an area used as office space that was not rated for a load capacity or for storage use.  (b) Building #1, Southeast side: On or about August 28, 2013, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard from materials that were stored above an area used as office space, the employee time clock area and supply area that was not rated for a load capacity or for storage use.  (c) Building #2, South side: On or about August 28, 2013, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard from materials that were stored above an area near the CNC room and welding areas that was accessed by employees and was not rated for a load capacity or for storage use.

(b) Building #1, South side: On or about August 28, 2013, employee(s) were exposed to struck-by and caught-in hazards from a JET drill press (Model:  JDP-17MF) which was anchored to a wheeled wooden platform and was moved around the warehouse by employees for fabrication process use.  (c) Building #1, North side: On or about August 28, 2013, employee(s) were exposed to struck-by and caught-in hazards from a two JET bandsaws which were anchored to wheeled wooden platforms and were moved around the warehouse by employees for fabrication process use.
