Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.    On or about August 28, 2013, on the south side of the commercial building, employees who worked without fall protection were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet while engaged in roofing activities on a low slope roof.
