The employer determined that fall protection for employees erecting the supported scaffold is feasible with a fall arrest system, but did not provide fall arrest anchors for the employee decking the 2nd tier scaffold platform. On or about 08/12/13.       NOTE:  THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY MAY RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1,000 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
