29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    Production area: The Breyer haul off rollers on extrusion lines #4 and 5 were not properly guarded. An employee sustained a severe injury when his hand became trapped between the first set of haul off rollers on Line #5, on or about August 19, 2013.    Abatement Certification Required.
