On or about August 27, 2013, at the above addressed job site, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while applying waterproofing on a wall of a third floor balcony without using a conventional fall protection system. b. On or about August 27, 2013, at the above addressed job site, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while applying waterproofing on a wall of a second floor balcony without using a conventional fall protection system.
