Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: JOBSITE: The employees installing rubber to the parapet wall of a flat roof were not protected from fall hazards between 13 ft to 18 ft to the ground by the use of guardrails, safety nets, fall arrest systems or other equivalent means.
