Worksite located at 113 S. Lexington, Harrisonville, Missouri- Employees were observed dismantling a scaffold and were not protected from falling objects by wearing hard hats while perfoming this tasks.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a). Worksite located at 113 S. Lexington, Harrisonville, Missouri- Employees were observed working and walking next to the edge of the building while dismantling the scaffold. The employees on the edge were not protected by any means of fall protection.
