29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: A)811 - 846 Liberty Court, Piscataway, NJ: Employee was exposed to fall hazard of approximately 24' from the working level to the ground in which a fall protection system was not provided. Guard rails were not installed along all open sides of the working platform. Condition observed on or about August 30, 2013. All Jersey Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315640995, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/23/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 1650 Stelton Road, Piscataway, NJ 08854.
