29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about September 4, 2013; employees were exposed to a hazard of eye irritation due to chemicals such as, but not limited to CitriGuard II; hospital disinfectant in the clinic located on the 13th floor of the COX radio building.
