29 CFR 1910.181(c)(1): Permanently installed derrick(s) with fixed lengths of boom, guy, and mast were not provided with substantial, durable, and clearly legible rating chart(s) securely affixed where visible to personnel responsible for the safe operation of the equipment:   Well site:  On or about August 27, 2013, and times prior to, employees providing roustabout services during the upgrading of an oil/gas well used a truck mounted gin pole (breast type) derrick to remove the well  Christmas Tree.  There was no derrick load rating information available to the operator.  This exposed the employees to the hazard of being struck by a falling load and/or derrick components.
