OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:  Well site:  On or about August 28, 2013, and time prior to, employees were operating diesel engine powered swivel and pumping units during the repair of an oil/gas well.  The diesel engines were near the well head and the flow back tank and were potential ignition sources for airborne hydrocarbons generated by the well activity.  This exposed the employees to the hazards of fire and/or explosion.
