29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(B): For electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, the working space did not permit at least a 90-degree opening of equipment doors or hinged panels: Two electrical service panels in a utility closet in the north corridor were obstructed by eight metal folding chairs. One service panel door was physically blocked by contact with two metal chairs.

29 CFR 1910.334(a)(2)(i): Portable cord and plug connected equipment and flexible cord sets (extension cords) were not visually inspected before use on any shift for external defects (such as loose parts, deformed and missing pins, or damage to outer jacket or insulation) and for evidence of possible internal damage (such as pinched or crushed outer jacket): The protective covering on the cord of the coffee pot located in the facility's kitchen had pulled away from the plug exposing the insulated wires.
