29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by unguarded lawn mower blades:    1830 Broadway, Raynham, Ma.:  Employees are exposed to foot amputation and laceration hazards from uguarded lawn mower blades and broken interlock switch:    1)      The grass catcher guarding device for the Scag Power Equipment Lawn Mower was not utillized.    2)      The operator platform safety switch of the Scag Power Equipment Lawn Mower was broken so that the machine did not shut off when the operator leaves the operating platform.     A worker was injured when he left the platform and his foot contacted the lawn mower blade.
