OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which are free from recognized hazards that are causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards: (a) On or about August 19, 2013, and at times prior, employee was exposed to a fall of approximately eighteen feet to the concrete below when the employee climbed out of the basket to gain access to the roof of a building using a snorkel SI-25 scissor lift.
