Sullivan Contracting, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315849091, citation number 01, item number 06 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/21/2012, with respect to a workplace located at Family Dollar, 56 Main St. Binghamton, NY 13456.
