29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(2)(i): Before work subject to this standard is begun, build facility owners did not determine the presence, the location and quantity of ACM and/or PACM present at the work site: a) At the worksite, 28 Lincoln Ave., Rockville Center, NY - Employees were not informed of the roofing material prior to starting removal, on or about 9/4/13. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement of this violation normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
