The Employer did not take out of service the Powered Industrial trucks that needed repair or that had defective or unsafe conditions as follows:     a) Raymond Dock #15 walkie/rider: The unit was missing a wheel.    b) Raymond Dock #13 walkie/rider: The secondary control panel was missing a cover and had exposed wires.    c) Toyota sit-down #74 red lift truck: The steering column cover was broken, exposing wires inside.    d) Toyota Sanitation #44 walkie/rider. The secondary control panel was missing cover and had exposed wires hanging.     e) Dock #14 walkie/rider: The secondary control panel was missing a cover and had exposed wires.    f) Dock #18 walkie/rider: The traction material was missing, exposing employees to a slip hazard, secondary control panel was missing cover , and the engine access cover was loose and did not have securing fasteners.    g) Stuffing #21 walkie/rider: The secondary control panel was missing a cover and had exposed wires.
