(a) On or about 09/05/13, at the Greece Plaza, located on 2695 West Ridge Road, in Rochester, New York, employees were exposed to falls of 15 feet, while working off an elevated platform without fall protection. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
