29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:     a) At the drill presses; Rotating part and flying chip guarding is not adequate on some of the drill presses including but not limited to; the General International, the Grizzly and the Enco.     b) At the Mandrel Parts Puller; The levers on the two hand controls are located approximately 10 inches apart from each other and can be actuated with one arm; therefore, the guarding is not adequate for the Mandrel Parts Puller.
