This condition exposed employees to the respiratory hazards associated with asbestos.

Employees were not wearing respirators when the TSI was disturbed. This condition exposed employees to the respiratory hazards associated with asbestos.

The employer did not perform exposure monitoring, which includes initial and periodic monitoring, to determine the concentration of airborne asbestos to which employees were exposed. This condition exposed employees to the respiratory hazards associated with asbestos.
