29 CFR 1910.141(g)(2) Employees were permitted to consume food or beverage in area(s) exposed to toxic materials: Employee(s) consume beverages at their work stations approximately 23 feet from the methylene chloride flow over tray. Wipe samples for lead taken at the on 12/03/13 indicated the following: a) 13.63 ug lead present on employee drink container b) 19.72 ug lead present on employee drink container c) 53.17 ug lead present on refrigerator door d) 103.5 ug lead present on credit card machine located in front furniture staging area e) 1960.00 ug lead present at work bench where drink containers were located f) 57.15 ug lead present at work bench following HEPA vacuuming by the employer St. Louis Restoration was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.141(g)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 939277, citation number 1, item number 7 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/10/2012 with respect to a workplace located at 1831 S. Kingshighway, St. Louis, MO 63110.
