OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employeees are exposed to struck-by hazards from pre-cast ceiling panels that are deteriorated to the point that they may be subject to structural collapse.    Employees working in the machine shop were exposed to struck-by hazards while performing work activities beneath deteriorating pre-cast ceiling panels and the employer has not ensured that the structure is maintained in a safe condition.
