Employees of the area were exposed to eye hazards and overhead hazards necessitating the use of personal protective equipment.  b)  The employer did not verify through written certification that a personal protective equipment hazard assessment had been conducted for all required personal protective equipment in all areas of the plant.  ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION AND ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED.
