29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on flat roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, warning line system, or a safety monitoring system. On or about September 06, 2013, employees were exposed to the hazards of falls while installing roofing insulation materials along the open edge of a roof without having any type of fall protection in place.
