On or about September 5, 2013, employees working on the roof of the house, 24 feet above the ground, were not utilizing fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program, enabling each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards, for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: a) construction site, 2715 Shannon Road in Erie, PA. On or about September 5, 2013, employees were working on the roof of a residential structure and were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 24-feet. Employees did not receive fall protection training.
