OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that the employer allowed a Polaris UTV to be operated on a slope greater than fifteen (15) degrees, creating the potential for the UTV to roll over:     (a) Jobsite, TMU Line 616, Off Stark Road, Blairsville, PA:  On or about August 30, 2013, a Polaris Ranger 800 Crew UTV was operated by employees on a slope of approximately twenty-five (25) degrees, and the UTV rolled over and down a hill injuring the three riders.
