29 CFR 1918.81(k): The employer did not require that employees stay clear of the area beneath overhead drafts or descending lifting gear:  a) Alabama State Docks, Pier D, M/V BBC Louisiana, Cargo Hold No. 2: On or about September 7, 2013, the employer di dnot ensure an employee remained clear and out of the zone of danger of overhead drafts being lifted on to the ship which exposed the employee to struck/crushed by hazards associated with falling members of the draft.
