29 CFR  1918.98(b)(1):Any immediate supervisor of a cargo handling operation of more than five persons did not satisfactorily complete a course in accident prevention by July 16, 1999.   a) Terminal Pier North A, Oslo Bulk 3 being loaded: On or about March 2, 2023, and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to struck-by and crushed-by  hazards by not training employees' supervisors in accident prevention as required by the standard.
