Commercial Ave. Moonachie, NJ: Roofers engaged in roofing construction operation were handling material containing hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, acetone, toluene, polychloroprene, and amorphous silica. The employer did not develop and implement a worksite specific written hazard communication program, thus exposing employees to a potential health hazard, on or about 09/09/13.
