(a) Scaffold - On or about August 30, 2013 three employees were exposed to a flying object hazard while using a nail gun without wearing eye and face protection. (b) Scaffold - On or about August 30, 2013 one employee was exposed to a flying object hazard while using a circular saw without wearing eye and face protection.

29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and walkway shall be at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide. (a) Scaffold - On or about August 30, 2013 three employees were exposed to a fall on a wooden fabricated scaffold with a walkway less than 18 inches. The scaffold walkway was 5.5 inches wide. The JMC Contractors, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 311419683, Citation Number 01, Item Number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on June 12, 2009, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 1, Reunion Subdivision, Madison, MS.
