29 CFR 1926.1417(c)(1): The procedures applicable to the operation of the equipment, including rated capacities (load charts), recommended operating speeds, special hazard warnings, instructions, and operator's manual, were not readily available in the cab at all times for use by the operator: On or about September 6, 2013, the load chart in the Bucyrus-Erie Model 360-C/SP was not legible. The crane tipped over while lifting a 4200 pound load of pressure-treated lumber.
