In the event of a fire or other emergency:    1/Exit door leading to the exterior shipping/receiving/parking area of the facility was locked by a sliding lock, preventing free escape from the building.  2/Two metal gates dividing warehouse storage areas were locked and required a key to be opened, preventing free escape from various sections of the warehouse to the nearest exit.    Observed on/or about 09/09/2013.
