29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees shall be provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.   (a)  Costruction Site - On or about September 9, 2013 three employees were exposed to being struck by flying parts when dry cutting a cement pipe without wearing eye protection.  One employee operated a Stihl 420 cement saw and the other employees held the pipe in place.
