Abatement Note: Sections (e)(1) through (e)(7) of this paragraph specify the minimum requirements for medical evaluations that employers must implement to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator.

(b) Basement, Rear Wall - On Power Panel #P10, operating at 480 volts, terminal screws Breaker #3 (220A) and Breaker #4 (225A) were exposed in that a coverplate was not installed.
