29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electric equipment was not free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: On or about 09/11/2013, in the Housekeeping Utility Closet on the second floor, the employer did not maintain the light fixture in a condition such that it was free from harmful recognized hazards. The light fixture cover was missing, exposing employees moving equipment and materials to and from the closet to accidentally breaking the unprotected bulb and consequently contacting its electrical components.
