Observed on or about 9/11/13. b) 129 Sandy Drive, Newark, DE- Employer did not provide protection from from the hazards of rotating parts to the operator of a Hardinge lathe, (position L6) serial number DV59-16370, which is missing a guard. Observed on or about 9/11/13. c) 129 Sandy Drive, Newark, DE- Employer did not provide protection from from the hazards of rotating parts to the operator of a Hardinge lathe, (position L18 ) serial number DV59-1958, which is missing a guard. Observed on or about 9/11/13. d) 129 Sandy Drive, Newark, DE- Employer did not provide protection from from the hazards of rotating parts to the operator of a Hardinge lathe, (position L25 ) serial number HLV-H-1157, which is missing a guard.
