29 CFR 1910.272(m)(3): A certification record maintained of each inspection by the employer in the grain facility was not in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.272(1): a) On September 12, 2013, employer did not provide certification of the preventative maintenance inspections. Employee conducted the maintenance activities but did not certify the records for the activities. Equipment to be inspected included mechanical and safety control equipment associated with dryers, dust collection equipment, and bucket elevators. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
