Employees of M&V Gonzalez Construction were observed performing a residential roofing installation while exposed to a fall height greater than 6 feet.

29 CFR 1926.503(c): The employer did not retrain affected employees who already had been trained but demonstrated inadequate understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section: At the jobsite located at 16410 Erskine Street, Omaha, NE: Employees were observed installing roofing shingles on a roof without utilizing any fall protection. The employer failed to ensure that retraining was done when he observed his employees without fall protection while working on the roof.
