Rockwell Delta drill press,  Cat No. 15-091, Serial No. G4600844F85, 115 volts, 7.5 amps, 60 Hz.  On or about September 12, 2013, employees were exposed to lacerations and amputations from the absence of an effective guarding device on the Rockford Delta drill press, while drilling holes in sheets of steel of various dimensions.   b)  In the Fabrication Shop, near the west end.  Scotchman hydraulic ironworker machine, Model 6509, Serial No. 5588FF99, 5 h.p., 230 volts.  On or about September 12, 2013, employees were exposed to an amputation hazard, from the absence of an effective guarding device on the Scotchman ironworker, while bending sheets of steel of various dimensions.
