29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employees ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace.   The painter, working at the prep station and primer area was exposed to injury from respirator use.  The painter, required to wear respiratory protection, periodically used a half face, tight-fitting, negative pressure respirator and was not provided with medical evaluation to determine his ability to use a respirator.    29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
