29 CFR 1910.146(c)(1): The employer did not evaluate the workplace to determine if any spaces were permit-required confined spaces: On or about the week of September 2, 2013, Davidson Farms of Creston, Inc. employees entered the dump boot pit that was not evaluated to determine if the space was a permit required confined space. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
