29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: (a) An electrical box attached to the #1 dryer controls for the loader had openings which allowed access to energized parts. Abatement verification is not required for this item. Abatement achieved was a quick fix.
