Employees are working and walking within close proximity to the moving compress/curing mold which is heated up to approximately 350 degrees Fahrenheit.  The employer failed to ensure employees were protected from hazards associated with curing molds, on or about 09/12/13.    b.  1 Wingfoot Way, Social Circle, GA (Re-Tread Area/Flat Press Curing Area on Line 2) - Employees were exposed to caught-in and burn hazards.
