29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. (a) Building, South and West Facade - On or about September 11, 2013 four employees were exposed to fall hazard up to 13 feet when working from scaffold. Employees were not protected from falling to a lower level by a guardrail system or personal fall arrest system or safety net system.
