29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about 09/11/2013, the employer did not ensure that the eye wash station located in the shipping department was plumbed properly to provide the correct flow. When activated the flow rate was not controlled allowing water to shoot up approximately 2 ft above the bowl, and as the lever was pushed further more water was flowing from the nozzles, exposing employees to eye damage.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: On or about 09/11/2013, the employer did not ensure that 3 circuit breaker panels located in the rental department next to the exit door were blocked by material stored in front of the panels. This condition obstructs access to the circuit breaker panels in case of an emergency.

29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: On or about 09/11/2013, the employer did not ensure that circuit breaker panels located in Shed #4 were marked, labeled,or otherwise identified to indicate the pupose of each breaker. In the left circuit breaker panel, none of the breakers were marked as to their purpose.
