29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and walkway shall be at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide.   a.  On or about September 9, 2013, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were conducting bolt up operations while standing on the toprail of a JLG scissors lift. The working platform was not at least eighteen (18) inches in width, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards of thirty-six (36') feet.
