29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, warning line system, or a safety monitoring system. a) Jobsite: South west and south east sections of the roof - On or about 9/5/13, employees performing housekeeping and installing roof weathering material, within 1 feet from unprotected sides and edges, were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 80 feet (8 stories) without the use of a fall protection system.
