29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms: a) Jobsite located at Lot 13.05 Gudz Road & Lakewoood New Egypt Rd, Lakewood NJ: Company employees from Lo Remodeling Inc., were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet to the ground surface below when they were using a ladder pump jack scaffold that did not have guardrails on the open sides while employees were installing the siding on the residence under construction. Occurred on or about 08/23/2013.
