29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   a)  Jobsite located at 103 E Park Ave, Savannah GA - On or about September 12, 2013, employees were standing, walking, and working at or near the unguarded edge of the flat roof were not provided with fall protection, exposing employees to a fall hazard up to 15 feet. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   a)  Jobsite located at 103 E Park Ave, Savannah GA - On or about September 12, 2013, the employer failed to ensure that an employee working on a residential roof that was about 5-in-12 pitch roof (steep roof) was provided with fall protection such as, but not limited to a personal fall arrest system (PFAS), exposing the employee to a fall hazard up to about 15 feet.     ABATEMENT CIRTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED
